R. Mohamed, MBS
Director General
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and a Masters in Business Administration from Oxford University, United Kingdom. Rashid is a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Kenya and has served in the Council of ICPAK.
He has over 25 years managerial experience in finance in public and private sector institutions and has been engaged in public policy and governance matters. Rashid was recognised for his exemplery service to the nation and conferred with the prestigious Moran of the Order of the Burning Spear (MBS) award.
Eng. David Orwenyo
General Manager, Technical Compliance
He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He is a Registered Engineer and member of the institution of Engineers of Kenya.
Has over 25 years’ experience in both private and public sector in road management encompassing road design, construction supervision, monitoring roadworks programmes, contract management and procurement.
Lucy Gathika
General Manager, Legal and Corporate Affairs
She holds a Bachelor of Law and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.
Gathika has over 20 years’ experience in legal advisory, governance matters and management of boards.
Eng. Margaret Ogai
General Manager, Planning and Programming
She holds a B.Sc.in Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration from the University of Nairobi. She is a Registered Engineer and member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya.
Margaret has over 25 years’ experience in both private and public sector in road management encompassing road design, construction supervision, monitoring roadworks programmes, contract management and procurement. She has also been involved in the formulation of various policies for management of the road sub-sector in Kenya.

He holds a B.Sc. in Information Sciences (Information Technology) from Moi University and several technical Certifications in the development of Management Information Systems. He is a Professional Member of ISACA and a Honorary Member of the Computer Society of Kenya.
George has over 25 years’ experience in both private and public sector in implementing effective integrated information and communications technologies. He has also been involved in the formulation and registration of the Informaticians Society of Kenya.
Hamoud Mguza
Head, Human Resource and Administration
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Public Administration from Moi University and an MA in Public Policy and Planning from Kampala University.
Mguza holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), and is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). Mr.Mguza has over 17 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration
